Such sweet misery (eye strain)

This is sorta a character development thing for Dexter basically he hates love because love is what caused him to break his horn and go insane. So he refers to it as "misery" because he knows just how destructive love can be and how easily it can change people (also sorry for ur eyes whoops...)
