since 'F-167's' (That's her name now,,, maybe) mutation process was sort of,, chaotic,, the muscles in her face sometimes paralyze out of no where into a smile she can't get rid of until the paralysis wears off, so she literally can't blink, or open her mouth, or speak. ye, it sucks.
