I'm kinda having a mental breakdown everything is just so hard it doesn't even feel like I'm alive it feels like I'm a ghost looking down on my body time is going by so fast I cant catch up I just want to be ok again to not feel like a burden for just breathing it hurts so much but nobody knows please don't go -al
