First OC

Ok so heres my first OC thats been on my mind for a while. He doesn't have that much special things to him...yet. But here are the important ones. First, he has an arm which can transform into any weapon he likes as LONG as the substance needed to create the weapon is within the capacity of the flesh of his arm. (This means he cant just create any weapon that is comedically big.) Second of all....yeah idk. ( oh yeah btw, all the juicy stuff is behind his mask. so that means his true form is sealed behind it. but ill get into that detail like on later animations ;] )
